About Schantelle

I am the Relationship Manager here at Martens Legal and the main point of contact for new clients’ inquiries.

In my role, I work closely with our Director of Operations, Elda, and Lawyers Tegan and Annalee to oversee the day-to-day handling of new inquiries until they transition into clients.

My daily tasks vary from being the first point of contact for new enquiries – whether via phone, email or online via our website – to booking initial meetings and other general administration tasks.

Outside of work at Martens Legal, I extend my expertise to assist other business professionals with warm sales management, social media, and administrative tasks through my business, Online Virtual Help. My passion, knowledge, and dedication to my clients enable me to seamlessly integrate and contribute to our team.

In my downtime, I enjoy outdoor adventures with my husband and two children – such as camping trips or strolls to the local park. When not out and about, you can find me at home preparing a variety of cuisines or unwinding.
