About Schantelle

Schantelle is our Relationship Manager here at Martens Legal and the main point of contact for new clients’ inquiries.

In her role, Schantelle works closely with our Operations Manager, Elda, and Lawyers Tegan and Annalee to oversee the day-to-day handling of new inquiries until they transition into clients. Her daily tasks vary from being the first point of contact for new inquries – whether via phone, email or online via our website – to booking initial meetings and other general administration tasks.

Outside of her work at Martens Legal, Schantelle extends her expertise to assist other business professionals with warm sales management, social media, and administrative tasks through her business, Online Virtual Help. Schantelle’s passion, knowledge, and dedication to her clients enable her to seamlessly integrate and contribute to our team.

In her downtime, Schantelle enjoys outdoor adventures with her family – her husband and two children – such as camping trips or strolls to the local park. When not out and about, you can find her at home preparing a variety of cuisines or unwinding.
