About Elda

Elda is our Operations Manager at Martens Legal. Her role requires her to be energetic, flexible and organized.

On any given day Elda could be utilizing her vast and varied experience across a broad range of tasks including:

– day-to-day business operations and strategizing improvements for the office

– assisting the team with tasks related to client’s legal matters

– keeping everyone in the office well fed with her delish homemade treats

She has a well-rounded administrative background across a spectrum of different industries, resulting in her being a versatile employee who has a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of our business and just as importantly – our clients.

Elda has had her finger in multiple pies from the start of her career, which results in her being able to articulate and appreciate a varied scope – where she understands that there are no small tasks, requirements or limits to what can be achieved through common goals among team members and individually.

She is very proactive, has extreme attention to detail, thrives on a challenge or two and has a wicked sense of humour (and a loud cackle to go along with it!). Elda continuously makes effort to ensure that her two young daughters are inheriting her values of respect, kindness and compassion – no easy task in this modern world.

When she isn’t at work keeping the team focussed or making them bust a gut with laughter, Elda is usually found in her natural habitat – being at home with her family (hubby – former work romance, two daughters & a white ratdog), whipping up treats & Italian feasts. She also loves a cheeky drink and spending time with friends – and being the influencer that she is, she adores the fact that she has coined multiple sayings and colloquialisms that have been embraced by most who have the privilege of knowing her.
